Price Match Guarantee:
We’ll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at Surefit.com then find the identical item for less at select online retailers. Price matches may be requested at time of purchase or within 14 days after purchase.
If you find a current lower price within 14 days after purchase, just bring in the proof and we will adjust your payment to the lower price, upon request. For Surefit.com purchases, contact a Surefit.com Design Consultant at 1-888-796-0500 or via the web chat during regular service hours.
Shop early, shop with confidence this holiday season. For Black Friday deal purchases made between November 1 – 28, 2020 you’ll qualify for a price adjustment if the Surefit.com price goes down any time on or before December 24, 2020. We’ll waive the 14 day requirement and adjust the price for qualifying purchases, upon request.
Guidelines and limitations:
The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a retailer’s advertised price and the availability of the item. If Surefit is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number. It must be in stock at the time of Price Match. It also must be sold and fulfilled by the retailer displaying the product or the retailer website displaying the product listing.
Offers found on deal websites will be validated at the retailer’s primary website and must meet all other price match criteria.
Please bring the entire printed ad, or show the online price or digital version of the ad on your mobile device for proof of price. Original receipts or packing slips are required for price adjustments after purchase.
Alaska and Hawaii stores are excluded from price matching online retailers.
No rain checks will be issued for items out of stock at Surefit.com to match a retailer’s price.
We reserve the right to limit price quantities of price matches per identical item per guest for local and/or online retailer matches.
Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor doorbusters/lightning sales (including Amazon Prime and Amazon Fresh Exclusive offers, also including QVC Today’s Special Value® and similar events), coupon offers, loyalty cards, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
Contract mobile phone devices and the associated plans, optical, product services (warranties, assembly, etc.), clinic and pharmacy purchases and offers, or game reservations.
“Marketplace” prices from third party sellers.
SureFit gift card offers, survey completion coupons and promo codes cannot be combined with price match.
Price matches and adjustments to competitors will not be allowed for prices valid from Thanksgiving Day through the entire week after Thanksgiving.
How does the holiday price match policy work?
If you purchase any item advertised as a “Black Friday deal” or “Cyber Monday deal” on Surefit.com and the price goes lower on or before December 24, 2020, you can request a price match. Original receipts or packing slips are required for price adjustments after purchase. Contact a Surefit.com Design Consultant at 1-888-796-0500 or via the web chat during regular service hours.
Does the holiday price match apply to competitors’ prices?
No, however, you can request a price match to a competitor’s price within 14 days of a qualifying purchase.
What qualifies as proof of a price when requesting a price match?
Local printed ads: Present the entire printed advertisement. Photos or photocopies of the ad cannot be accepted as verification of a competitor's printed ad. Digital versions of printed advertisements are accepted.
Online prices: Present the price from a qualifying retailer’s website. A SureFit Design Consultant will verify using a SureFit device. Screenshots or pictures cannot be accepted. A web address for a current product listing will be accepted.
Does an item have to be in stock to receive a price match?
Retailer online items must be in stock at the time a price match is requested. Rain checks are not given for price match requests if items are out of stock at Surefit.com.
Does SureFit price match items on comparison-shopping sites?
No; an item’s price must be validated by a Design Consultant on Surefit.com, a competitor’s website, or a retailer’s local printed or digital ad.
Please note, online search engines may show a different price from the Surefit.com website due to web caching (memory stored in the computer for future use). The correct prices are on Surefit.com. Due to timing issues with publishing, the pricing you may find on comparison shopping sites can be outdated.
Can I order an item for the same price/promotion I saw yesterday/last week/last month on Surefit.com?
If the item is no longer on sale, we aren't able to match any of our previous prices. Prices frequently change on Surefit.com. Promotions are only valid during the timeframe stated, such as a 3-hour sale with promo code. Promotions are not valid on previous orders.
What should I do if I find an item or pricing error on Surefit.com?
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on the site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We may experience lags in uploading updates throughout the site and in our advertising on other sites.
We don't guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information on Surefit.com, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. SureFit reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
